Hi! I am going to use steroids..but need some advice from the forum,
I am 20 y.o. and training hard from 4,5 years 3 times a week,weight 72Kg (158punds) and 1,70m height.
My strenght is really good but I would like more mass,what can I use? I dont care much about definition.
My body fat is normal-thin,sorry do not have done BF test recently
This is my first time.I would prefer injections couse I read that orals are bad and can couse more problems on liver than injections.

Would Deca Durabolin or Sustanon be good? What dosage I will need? What is the tipical price? [Italy]
Do I need to do liver tests? Before and after the cycle?

Also,when I will use steroids,will I have possibility to train hard everyday like pro BB or it is not recommended? if not how many times a week I could train not to go overtraining?

If your trying to gain size...at 20 years old..you should be looking in the kitchen and not into steriods...how are your eating habbits? post your typical daily diet.

You'll defiantely get the help you desire, but we need more information from you.

Right off the bat (whether this matters to most 20 year-olds or not), but you're still in your prime and your test levels are right where they need to be (hopefully).

Personally, I'd wait a few years and give nature a shot :artist:

I am eating about 5-6 times a day..
I am trying to integrate a good amount of calories and proteins..
Also using Protein supplements about (20-30grams a day wt milk) and sometimes creatine but I think it is not much relevant.

Yeah..I know but like i said I am training hard from 4,5 years (never stopped in the summer nor in the winter) and about 1 year stuck at 71-72 Kg! I have tryed different trainings combinations,more rests..I slowly continue to have some progresses in strenght but not anymore in mass.
I am reading Steroid forums,collecting informations and waiting to 'juice' since about 2 years ago.(sound crazy?) Finally at the age of 20 I would consider use some chemical help,this is my little dream to gain some more..but probably like everyone in this forum!

Eating habit:

7:00 Thea wt biscuits,2-3 slices of bread wt Jam,10 grams of protein powder with milk

11:00 A filled roll and thea

13:45 A good amount of carbs and proteins :) I mean Lunch ,Pasta/potatoes and meat,vegetables ,fruit..

16:00 Some fruit,some biscuits,some cereals/chocolate. On rest days some proteins wt milk

19:00 Dinner..same amount of carbs and proteins as at Lunch

21/22:00 Cottage cheese,Protein wt Milk in the training days,some fruits. Complex Vitamins

Do I need to be more accurate?

Yes, you need to be more accurate... "A good amount" is a shitty way to measure.


Go to www.fitday.com and log your food intake. You'll be surprised how LITTLE you're actually eating. Get some measuring cups and keep track of EVERYTHING you eat.

20 - 30 grams????

Bro you need to try to get 2 grams per pound of body weight.
At 20 years old your body should be screaming for food and primed to grow.

This will probably sound like a shitty theory but I am taking 20-30 grams of Pro since year ago..never done a cycle off (because of a ridicuolus amount of that),also I have begin to take Proteins supplemente after my first month of training sometimes 40 sometimes 60gr a day,cycling a month on and one week off approx,if this can have some relevant information to you.
If you really found this is a foolish idea,I could change and see other method..
 
I have this "crazy" idea that your no where eating enough cals nor protein to grow...biscuits?? no no no...really...you should just take a look at all the nutritional information on everything you eat..write it down..and you will be shocked!

no offense, but you dont sound like you have researched shit about working out, diet, AAS, and health.... you sound like a kid trying to say you have read and researched so we will tell you that AAS is a magical new world that you can get "buff" in and pull wool easily and look good naked.. throwing around terms like cycling doesnt make you sound educated.
Go to spring break, and the beaches AS IS and the chicks will be drunk and fucked up enough to throw that ass at you with out you having to use AAS... If you still maintain that you are gonna start up, then read and research ALOT more than you have so far... use the links these guys have given you, get your diet in check and look up the term "genetic limit"... then you can consider AAS.

I agree...at your age, you shouldn't need steroids at all. Your diet is what needs to be fixed. Besides, until you fix your diet, steroids won't help anyway. In fact, when using steroids, diet becomes EVEN MORE important! After all, the basic job of the steroids is to make your body utilize even more protein to build/repair muscle tissue. If you're not taking in enough protein (and you're not), your body won't have access to the necessary, additional protein...so you won't see any muscle growth.

Diet is roughly 60% of your work-out, and when you're using steroids, diet grows to an even greater importance.

Fix your diet and watch yourself grow naturally for a few more years. Reassess after that. Besides, at 20 years of age, there are still changes occuring inside your body, and you don't want the steroids to inerrupt that natural development process. In my opinion, 25 years is the earliest for steroids...and even that's pushing it quite a bit!

Probalby because I have used a much kid language to express myself..but thats because my first language isnt english.
I will continue training like a f***** and try to set up a more adeguate diet.. Thank you for your advices,at the moment I throw the steroids idea versus a more healthy way of building mass.
