another newbie seeking advice

hello all , I know this would be the most popular asked question but I am going to ask it anyway , I am only new to all this but I have done a lot of study and have seen a lot of people been told to go and do their research before annoying you guys , anyway the main question I have is when I start a cycle (will add cycle details below and my stats) I am wondering if I take .25 mg of arimidex every four days will that stop the onset of gyno occuring ?

age 32
178 lbs
5'7"
working out 3 to 5 days a week for 3 years
not sure of bf but guess around 18%

planned 1st cycle
500mg test e per week (split dose) for 12weeks
30mg dbol for 4 weeks

pct
40mg nolva each day for 2 weeks then 20mg each day for further 2 weeks

Also on hand I have a bottle of nolvedex xt but I am unsure of when to take them , was thinking of taking 2 tabs a day for 30 days with the nolva for pct ,
Any ideas would be great !
I dont have the arimidex on hand but if it is strongly advised to use it on cycle I will wait until I get some!
 
Welcome to EF brotha, you have come to the right place...

First off, you're never annoying, we all started somewhere and we all were rookies once...

Having said that, you're stats would dictate that you're not ready for a cycle yet...I don't know when you planned on starting this but @ you height/weight with that BF % you're gonna probably need some work on your diet and training 1st....

Please post what your training split and your diet (be VERY specific on this)

Also post what supps you are taking, if any...

Hi thanks for the replies ,
My training is pretty good , I train 5 days a week now (have been for last 6 months) prior to that it was 3 days a week , eg of train schedule is ,
mon . 5 exercices for chest , 3 set each normally about 10 reps but do cange it up a bit and same for triceps
tues . same as above for shoulders and biceps
wed . back , lat pull downs, rows , bent over rows , deads , 1 machine exercise
thurs . legs
friday . biceps and triceps ,

As for my BF I am only guessing as I have never had it checked , I dont have abs but there is not much covering it , as for cardio I do a little bit but not a great deal (maybe 1.5 hours a week total)
My diet is
protein shake and bowl of oats for breaky
200g tuna and apple for smoko
2 chicken and egg sanwiches , crackers banana and 1/2 cup of almonds for lunch
protein shake before gym
protein shake after gym
smoked chicken when get home , 250g(1 breast)
dinner is turkey , chicken or occasionally red meat with vegies and eggs

deadlifting 2 sets of 10 at 310 lbs finish on 1 set of 6 at 350lbs
bench 2 sets of 8 at 200 lbs and finish on 1 set of 1 or 2 at 220lbs

sups i use is tribulus , creatine , glutamine , beta alanine

maybe I should drop 6 or 7 lbs before I start but I am not ready to start yet anyway as I am trying to get my pct exact before I even think about it , I know some people who are on the same cycle as the one I posted and they dont use anything through the cycle and then they use 40mg ed for 2 weeks then 20mg ed for further 2 weeks of nolva and thats it .
I have read that some people reccomend to use .25mg arimidex every 4 days through the cycle then use a similar pct to the this one.
As I first mentioned that is my main concern , also I am not sure of how to use the novedex XT .
Any help would be great!

Your diet looks ok could be improved though, do you know what your target cals are daily and macro ratios?

How long have you been doing those same exercises for? You havent put much info there but too me lools like your training needs some work.

An AI is a must, HCG is preferable, you need some natty supps in your pct, needto's hcgenerate and unleahsed have worked great for me and for many others on this board. Nolva has some bad sides which can be counterproductive for recovery.
