I did a search on this but didn't find anything specific.
Does anyone know which states it's legal to own needles in? I think I've heard that NY and CA are some of the few where it is a misdemeanor to posess needles without a valid medical reason, but does anyone know the legality of owning them in other states (specifically WA state)?
