Another Matrix Reloaded Post...

Saw the movie tonight and thought it was great.

On a scale of 1-10

Special effects - 9

Plot - 7

Trinity's outfit in the Matrix - 10.1

The highway scene (which was touted at the most expensive part of the movie) was spectacular.

Fight scenes were very well choreographed. Keanu's MA skills have developed nicely and it shows. I did notice a double on some of the more advanced fighting parts.

Nice twist with some of the former characters and a new one that I won't name. Don't want to give it away for those of you who have not yet seen it. If you listen closely to the man in white, much of it will make sense.

Overall, thought the movie was very good.

Magillishorty must have dropped some bad acid with his "group" prior to viewing this movie.

It's always hard for a sequel to live up to the original. Personally, I thought they did a good job with this one.

I saw it last night with my little bro. We both liked it a lot, and I'm not an easy one to please. The chase scene and several others were fucking wicked.

I'm going to buy the soundtrack with a quickness, too. The dance song with all the drums at the gathering in Zion- fucking awesome . At one point, I just closed my eyes for a few moments and soaked it in. Good stuff. :)

Odd how some people fully believe it to suck, while other say it's awesome.

I'll see it either way.

It's called Zion by Fluke, and I can't stop listening to it.

The whole soundtrack rocks, best soundtrack ever!!

"At one point, I just closed my eyes for a few moments and soaked it in"

I know exactly what you mean, I think they meant for it to kinda symbolize humanity in a way(the whole dance scene that is) Kinda like the machines will never know what it means to be human and just feel something like music.

I rule

The music soundtrack to this movie is great. I will be picking it up this weekend.

One hint on the movie. When he talks to the guy in the white suit listen closely.

You'll know the scene because the whole room is walled with video monitors.

i think they were just trying to align with their target viewership who all were probably wondering if they should pop an e and start dancing in the theatre......i know i was;)

I thought the movie was great... I like the matrix series better than star wars and the other epic trilogies..

I like how the matrix is explained to neo when hes talking with "the father" and seeing the different reactions.. its going to take a couple of times before I pick up everything in this movie..

Ive seen the animatrix films as well.. i cant get enough of it..

The Father was in "Equilibrium". Unless I have gone looney, the fellow in "The Matrix Reloaded" was "The Architect".

When the previous incarnations of Neo gave the finger to The Architect and when they said, "That's bullshit!", it was hilarious.

the plot gets a 2 in my book. this movie was just made to pump up the 3rd. a useless movie on its own.

Bro, it was a great movie. But I guess that all depends on whether or not you were looking to be entertained, or were looking for an extremely insightful plot and philosophy. I thought the scene with Neo meeting The Architect was great, which truly opened a new deminsion to the plot, wereby a "matrix within a matrix" was discovered. Furthermore, it proved that the whole ordeal of Neo, as well as all the citizens of Zion, were not truly freed from the matrix----for they were freed from one level of the matrix, in order to be brought into another level of the matrix. This other level of the matrix was throught to be the "real world" by the inhabitants of Zion. But as the Architect told Neo, Zion and the idea of having been "freed" from the matrix was just another form of control within the matrix for a small minority of people who refused to accept the truth of their existence. It was great, and the third movie will be even better.

bumb on that! i think most of the people that didn't like it is because they are too stupid to understand what was going on. lol

Hah that is exactly right. This movie kicked ass, and there is a sub plot to the plot.
