PC, and the other phosphatides are beneficial for hepatic function, due to their capacity to reduce fatty liver (hepatic peliosis). The product you described is either simply Lecithin or an extract of lecithin. PC, if I remember correctly, is the main ingredient on Liv 52.

Calcium D-glucarate increases the metabolism and excretion of certain compounds, and has been shown to increase the removal of some toxic compounds, even estrogens. The only downfall, is that if it increases the removal of estrogens, then it most likely increases the removal of testosterone.

How about Legalon? Anyone used it? I was just going to do Cranberry Extract, Saw Palmetto, and Milk Thistle. Should I consider this and is $16 for 30 tabs a good (domestic) price.

i got something from GNC.Its there brand of "LIVER DIETARY SUPPLEMENT". This product is better than milk thistle alone. It has just about every antioxidant known to man and 175mg of milk thistle.
