Uggghhh.... vacation for 2 weeks and forgot to check my, so now the account is locked requiring $30 to re-activate. It's supposed to be 3 weeks incactive but I know that I logged in the day I left! Fukin sucks, lots of info I need in there!

Damn marketing! Of course they are not obligated to provide a free service but this blows.

One thing that also pissess me off is that it seems that they take cc payment only. This seems to defeat the whole idea of anonymity/privacy as at that point your personal info is connected to an account.

majority of free accts are getting this way, it blows. i lost 2 accts tis way now regardless i log in nearly ed to make sure its still there when i need it

Same here, I have elite's newsletter sent to my elite account. That is usually what keeps my account going since I get an e-mail notification that i've got an e-mail at my elite account and I sign in.

Maybe you could find a weekly newsletter and sign up for it. Just make sure that you have a notification sent to an e-mail addy you check often.

I hate it when the storage thing says 250% and bklocks your incoming mails cause' you are "over quota". Total BS, I have like 4 saved mails but I am @ 251% storage

I send email to:

They usually fix it in one day. Usually whatever day I need it most
