She had teeth done(veneers) and she had her nose done (in addition to dropping some 20-25lbs). Her previously youthful chubby face covered up her long face and rather prominent chin which is all you see now.

She did have some baby fat but she didn't lose it in a healthy way but if she were to get some muscle on her, just a bit, she'd look a bit less wet noodlish and flat.
