another halo question

do you need to take it every day to get the effects, especially the hardening ones, how many times daily, and what would be the common dose
looks like I found some
 
I haven't seen halo for a long time. I wouldn't mind getting my hands on some. That shit made me CRAZEE :Chef: :tuc:
 
I've seen on other boards people using 20-50mg/day as the common dose with 20mg/day being even more common.

You'll wanna talk to someone who has actually used it...but I think 30mg/day would show you some nice hardening effects.

Stenox halo is available everywhere here in the South. Cheap too. Too harsh on my mind and liver.

You need to take it ED, splitting the dose in two at least 8 hours apart. Most people use between 20 and 40mg's ED. You are a big guy, so you probably would need 40mg's ED. I take 20mg's first thing in the morning and 20mg's 1 hour before my workout. If I had Stenox tabs (2.5mg ea.), I would split the dose up even more because the active life of the drug is 6-8 hours. But I have 20mg caps, so . . . .

Anyway, I love the stuff. I wish I could stay on it all the time.

If the aggression is that bad, I need to be careful, between that and fina, as I work with psycho kids

Watch out for headaches too. Spliting the dosages is right if you can take a dose before your workout it will help you get a pump as you get closer to the show.

I train 2x daily for now, so that could work, was also thinking of one before bed just to keep the levels up

Even on low carbs you will catch a pump. It will also be a nice finishing touch in terms of getting you hard.

nice, considering getting off the couch somedays is a supreme effort right now, I hope the aggression comes along with it too

I know some drugs sides are different for different people but it should, you should hit the gym like you own the weights.

very cool, I could handle that. Although I cant complain, I guess because of the fina, I am still strong everywhere but quads. This week had to incline press 3x6 reps on dumbells, and got the 140s for the first 2 sets, thats pretty close to offseason. But then she wanted sets of 15 on the squats, and 2 plates(225) was too much to get all my sets, down from squatting 500lbs for reps

Yeah that's prob from the cardio. Shit from your pics it doesn't look like a problem your sweep and detail are both very good.

legs are coming out great, this is where I credit the training, last time around the cuts in my legs were no where like this, not even on stage, never mind 3 weeks out, already have cross striations

If you have cross striations at 3 weeks out God bless you. That's a great thing you are going to kick ass, any striations in the glutes yet? BTW did you find out yet when/if your dropping the EQ?
