ANOTHER gyno ???

been on my cycle of 500 eq 40mg dbol for 3 weeks now and i've started noticing a little puffiness and tenderness in the nips. my question is.....my nolva should be here in less than 7 days....do i need to stop my cycle until it gets here...is 5-7 days going to make that much of a difference.???
