Not sure what was wrong today...up wayyy too late and got up too early. Didn't feel tired just not fired up. I'll get better though...this crazy weather!!!

Stiff Legged Deads (first time doing these heavy in YEARS)
135, 225 x 5
275, 315, 365, 415 x 3
465 x 2 PR!!!

Speed Pulls
225 x 1 x 3 sets (wide grip, pointer finger on power ring)
275 x 1 x 3 sets (sumo stance)

Front Squats
135, 185, 207 x 5

Pull Throughs (Zercher Style)
light, med, heavy band all for 10 reps

Standing Calf Raises
135, 185, 225, 275, 337 x 5 PR!!!!

Farmers Walk / Tire Flip Medley
each for 50', 2 sets

Keg shouldering
170 full keg x 2 reps each shoulder

Hanging Leg Raises
BW x 10 x 2 sets
BW x 10 sec holds x 2 sets

Ab Pull Downs
50 x 20 x 2 sets

Not too bad of a workout and my hams are definately going to be sore!!!

Front Squats...don't like these at all. They hurt my shoulders more than they work my muscles...

You mean a DEEPER range of motion??? Why would I EVER want to go deeper than what I am now? You can't maintain a straight/arched back if you go deeper...

Don't know if you'll like this idea, but you could try the Sting Ray pads with a cross grip for front squats and maybe they wouldn't hurt your shoulders so much. Either way, I always enjoy your posts.

Looks like a killer workout. I did SLDL for the first time in awhile last week and my hams were very sore for 2 full days. They definately work.

I am a little sore today. Hams, calves, glutes, upper/mid back, lats... Feels good.

Sitting down to a meal of milk, 1 pound hamburger, 3 sweet potatoes, and some bannanna pudding:)!!! Time for a nap then some overhead pressing tonight:)
