Another Fitness/OOS stranded situation.

This going back to the thread from a few days ago, about fatties & fitness people in a plane crash landing on an island...who'd have the advantage if there were no edible food.

What about water? Lets say the plane crash landed in the middle of a desert, with no drinkable water supply. As people intrested/engaged in a healthy lifestyle, we all drink loads of water (I'd assume). Myself, 6-8L per day. Since our bodies are so much more used to having an abundant water supply, would we dehydrate faster than O(ut) O(f) S(hape) normal people, who don't drink much water?
