Another first timer with ???????'s

I'm almost 29 and have been working out off and on for 10 years. I'm pretty lucky i guess cuz i never do cardio and my body weight stays about the same around 185-190 (11-13% BF) whether i workout or not. When i'm working out harder tho. . i can only bump up to about 195. Getting frustrated that i can never put on much size.. not enough to speak of. Trying to figure out which would be the best route for me. I want to stay looking pretty lean but put on size of course. I would be happy around the 205-210 lb mark. Maybe less if i were to get off my ass and do some cardio and cut my BF down. Basically what i'm saying is that i dont wanna be huge, just a good look without everyone knowing that i'm getting "help".
Anyway. . .first timer so of course i'm a bit worried about side effects and also what to take and how much. Talked to freinds of mine who have juiced in the past and one buddy swears by Test and doing a pyramid type dosage, especially for a first timer. Like starting at only 50mgs first week, then 100, then 150, 200, 250 for two weeks.. then cycle back down to finish out an 8 week cycle. Any opinions at all from some other guys who know what the heck they are doing. Also, my buddy who did it that way had great gains with no side effects at all other than wanting sex all the time. . which doesnt sound like a problem at all to me. :) Sorry for the long thread but I would love any opinions anyone has to offer. . thanks a lot guys. . !!
 
If you have never done a cycle before anything will go easy for your 1st one tymabe one of these

20mg ed d-bol weeks 1-4
250mg sustenon weeks 1-10

or

If you dont want to bloat try maybe a low dose cycle of trenbolone!! like just 250mg of enanthate 1 x a week for 8-10 weeks that would give you a good 10# by the end and will probably help you drop bf% too
 
What is your training and diet like? What exercises are you doing? What rep range, etc? Lay it out for us. It is needed if you want any real help.


Core lift increases always equal more size for me. Diet is always #1. If you aren't ready to eat 4k+ cals a day and train like an animal gear won't do much. Food+Training+Rest+Gear=Mass. In that order - you can get where you are takling about I am thinking w/ diet and training tweaking - gear may not be needed. So lay it out for us.......

Thanks guys. . .well. . .to be honest. . .I hurt my neck a couple months back but its finally better. . .I HOPE. So I'm gonna get back into the gym for a solid month or so before I even think about starting on any gear. When I was working out. . i was pretty happy with the program i was doing. It was a 12 week program which hit 3-4 exercises for each muscle.. but only 4-6 reps of heavy weights(as heavy as possible basically). Back and bi's one day. . chest and tri's the next kinda thing. More of a strength program. Thats when I was at my heaviest of about 195lbs. I wont lie. . my diet isnt near as good as it can be. I know diet is the number one key to lifting I just have a hard time sticking to a strict diet with my job and all. Anyway. . I try to eat somewhat healthy. I watch my fat intake somewhat and try to stay away from the sweets. When I'm trying to hit it harder in the gym. . i do try to take in more calories with good foods like chicken, tuna and pasta and also more protein rich foods. I usually try to take at least 2 protein shakes a day and creatine also. I know i have to be better about my food intake though. Does that help any or do you need more specific info? Thanks guys!!

Sust and dbol is a great combination for a first cycle ! You'll love the gains ! I did !

like everyone said, diet is the number one priority.

do not pyrmid your cycles. i think that has been proven to be pointless over the years.

a good first cycle would be:

Test Eth or Cyp 350mg-500mg per week

AI (to keep Estro down)

clomid/hcg/nolv for PCT (to get your balls back on track)
 
Why pyramid? just go with it...test-e 250-300mgs each week for 10-12wks + pct. This will be very good for first cycle
 
If your goal is to get stronger I would recommend a program centered around Squatting, Deadlifting, and Flat Bench. Getting stronger at these key lifts is key for growth.

That and 4k cals a day will get you growing. Don't make excuses about your diet. Either do it and grow or don;t and know why you aren't growing - b/c you lack the true desire. It is as simple as that. I applaud you going online o do research and hope you aren;t another moron that thinks gear does the work for you. Lots of guys juice and look /train/eat like shit - they are shit IMO.

Save the gear for when the above training split stalls.
 
Don't waste your money on AAS for 5 or 10 pounds.

Spend your money on steak and potatoes... and everything else in the grocery store.

I guarantee you're not eating for size.

Getting the body you want... priorities:

1. Dedication
2. Determination
3. Diet/EATING
4. Training
5. Cardio
6. Anabolics as the last piece of the puzzle.

I just decided on Test and Deca. I will let you know how it works out. Might be the right thing for you also.
