I know this type of thread is probably getting old BUT, I wanted to walk into this instead of running full speed into something I've never done before.
I'm 6ft 220lbs 17% bf and I'm 28 yrs old as of July. I've been weightlifing since I was 16 although through the years it's been off and on. Started hard, got busy, started again, got busy, mostly due to my insane travelling schedule. I've been off the road for a few years and back at it. I have a solid 2 yrs of unmissed workouts. Even with travelling, I would hit the hotel gyms and any local 24hour if in the area.
First, I do know that before I begin my cycle I'd like to tighten up a bit on my bf. I'm not too concerned because I have nolva and adex BUT for general health reasons, I'd like to wait until my bf is a bit lower, which I'm working on right now. Nutrient wise, I've always eaten healthy and when I would hit the weights I was eating all the time.
Onto my cycle.
I have Test Prop. When my cycle actually kicks up I'm looking at something like 50-75mg ED. I'm leaning more towards 75 ED. I'm not scared of needles nor am I a stranger to pain. I'd rather have consistent levels with ED injections and get the most out of this. I was thinking about an 8-12 week cycle. I'm thinking maybe a short burst cycle of 6 weeks or just banging out a 12 weeker to be honest. As for PCT, I've been reading alot about SWALE's PCT and unless someone says otherwise, I may stick with his. I'm still waiting on my ancilliries and I wont start until they arrive and my final bf test comes back in the clear. I was also thinking of throwing in some Winny maybe or Tren A but I'm a bit unsure. I have a few buddies who told me to do test only but then again, they done know anything about PCT either
