Hey, i think im gonna be starting my dnp cycle next week. Heres the problem, i work on a golf course. Its hot outside and Ill be mowing doing groundskeeper work. I want to take an 8 day cycle and taper up on it throughout the week. I will start at 200 and go up. im 6' 215 lbs 18 % bf. I will stop lifting heavy and go to bodyweight resistance training and do cardio and eat clean, but i just want to know if i should be doing this in the heat every day. I work 5 days a week, 7 am to 5 pm. write me back asap, thanks guys
