Try this my lil Nef...
Basil Pesto
2 cups fresh basil leaves
2 chopped garlic cloves
3 tbs. raw pine nuts or walnuts
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup pure pressed extra virgin olive oil
fresh ground pepper to taste
dash cayenne pepper
In a blender or food process., puree all ingred. Taste and adjust seasonings. Store covered in fridge.
