Just by reading a little of the program it's not the 5x5 program you see people running here...
Do two warm-up sets to get the groove down. Then load the bar up to your working weight and do five sets. When you can do five reps on all five sets, increase the weight by five pounds.
That is a lot of workload and as madcow2 says most people won't be able to handle that much workload for that long.
Also the program has way too many different exercises on different days... Not to mention a bunch of other exercises.
The whole point of the 5x5 is to pick 3 solid exercises for mon and fri and get stronger at them, same with the wed exercises. This program has you changing shit around every day.

It seems since madcow2 has spread the word about the 5x5 programs the people at bb.com have realized that a lot of people are moving from the lame one day a week crap to try this program. So instead of writing about gay ass one day a week crap, they've started to butcher the 5x5 program and make it look good to the one day a week crowd.
