Another Beastdrol log!

**Been training since i was 16**
**Diet is 4000-5000 clean cals a day**
**Been waiting patiently to do this cycle, had to get my diet consistent first**



1-4 Beastdrol 20/20/30/30
1-4 Forged Liver Support 2 caps am/pm
1-4 Froged Joint Repair 1 cap am/pm

**PCT**
4-8 Forged Post Cycle 1 cap am/pm
4-8 Unleashed 3 caps am/pm
4-8 Post Cycle 3 caps am/pm
?-? Forma 5 pumps am/pm

** Going to use bridge after to solidify gains, havint placed an order yet, but i will.

**Im not sure what i should do with the forma, i see so many different suggestions. Should i start it half way during the cycle? or keep it strictly for PCT? And is 10 pumps a day sufficient?

**Questions**
Ive been doing the Strong Lifts 5x5 for a while now, and i love it, but i feel as if i should be doing more then 3 times a week with the aid of the BEAST. I was at one point doing SL 3 times a week, and on days off doing large amounts of body weight exercises, pull ups, push ups, lots of core, but my body was int agreeing with it, and ended up over training, so i needed to cut that out. So what would be the best way to tackle this training wise?

Also, im not really a fan of cardio, should i step the cardio up a notch?

As for my diet, its good to go, ive been patiently waiting for months to get a sufficient diet. Around 4000-5000 clean cals, so i plan on feeding this beast like no tomorrow, going to up my protein and defiantly my carbs as i hear carbs are good on a beast cycle.

Now for the beast dosages, because its such a potent compound, i go with 20mg ( 2 caps ) for the first week, if my body is agreeing, then for the second week ill jump to 30mg. If not then stay at 20mg for another week.

As for forma, i have a few questions, i see people running it strictly PCT, or during cycle. What is the best to do? Its for estrogen sides, so half way during the cycle would make sense.

I also have DX7 multi vitamin, will use that as well, and creatine, pre workout supps, all the basics.

So i think ive got this all figured out, i hope, i just want to battle the sides the best i can. ESPECIALLY GYNO. The little bit of acne i can handle, the aggression no prob, (im a bouncer, should come in handy ) The libido shouldint be a problem, i hope, but i already told my GF i needed a break for a while, some "time apart" LOL i just want to put ever ounce of effort into this cycle, talk about dedication lol.

But let me know what you guys think, any advice would help! I can post weekly pics and keep a decent log if wanted.
 
I'm no expert on beastdrol, but from what I've read other people say on this site is if you done run some ancillary supplements with it you're going to get some harsh sides. I think Mr. Supps has a beastdrol kit with all the things needed to reduce the chance or impact of side effects. And from what I heard the sides can be brutal. Good luck.
 
I've never gotten any sides running beastdrol, just keep your water intake hi as the body retains water if it doesn't get enough, Gyno altho is rare running beast it may happen so it's a good idea to have some arimidex if needed. To further inhance that beast cycle i would run forma all the way thru and into PCT also.
Using forma/ unleashed should be sufficient for that cycle, remember to up those calories to feed all of that new muscle, after PCT i would run a bottle of bridge to help solidify those gains.

Run forma all the way thru?? I have one bottle, not sure if that's enough or not. And as for training, I want to change it up for this cycle, go back to a high intensity 5 day split. But just not sure where to start ><
