i recieved a sample of Amp 02 today... total of 20 caps...
stats: 146-148lbs... aprox. 9%bf ...5'4"
i am currently on test p/masteron cycle... 150 test p eod week 10 and two days ago last shot of mast 100mg eod (did this for last 3 weeks... and yes i liked it... wish i had more just wanted to try it...) i have one more shot of test left... then pct... also i started clen this tuesday... up to 100mcg now...
oh... also used proviron at 50mg ed up to week 5 and then 100mg ed up to last week...
1hr. pre-workout ate 1/2 lb. beef... 1cup rice... some greens...
20min. pre-workout ate 4tbsp. organic peanut butter... 1 bananna... and 5 caps amp 02... this is a bit low for my pre-workout food intake... i ate sub-par today but not horrible... we can factor that in...

DEADLIFTS... no straps until mentioned
set 1: 135x10 warmup
set 2: 225x10
set 3: 315x3... lost grip
set 4: 315x5 (straps from here on... )
set 5: attempted 415 ( would be PR... PR is 405 which i have hit probably 4 or 5 times) made it at least 3/4 and got very shakey and lost control of breathing so i dumped it... no good)
set 6: 365x1 shakey but locked out... i have never x2 this weight... and it didnt happen today..
set 7: 315x8 (PR with 315)
set 8: 315x6
set 9: 225x20 (new PR... usualy at the end i get 10 or 12)
CLEANS...
set 1: 135x5 with one overhead press
set 2: attempted 165 twice... failed
set 3: attempted 155 a few times... failed (i have hit this before...
set 4: 135x10 (PR)
set 5: attempted 155 twice and failed... i was pissed and yelling...
set 6: 135x9
set 7: 135x7
PENDALAY ROWS
set 1: 95x10
set 2: 115x8
set 3: 135x6
set 4: 135x5 ... form slipped a little... above was perfect...
CHINS
set 1: 7reps
set 2: 5reps
set 3: 5reps (i usualy do 10, 8,7... or more... so im definately fatigued by now)
Biceps... and they are warm... also... this is a weak point for me...
STANDING CAMBERED CURLS wider grips
set 1: 75x15 (matched PR)
set 2: 75x12
set 3: 75x10? i think...
ONE ARM PREACHERS
one giant set 20lb dumbell 10 reps per arm... twice each
CAMBERED PREACHERS inside grips
one rest-and-pause set with 45lb... up to 30 reps... no more than 10 seconds rest towards the end...
REVIEW... i would definately say this product increased my muscular and CNS endurance... but ive yet to feel the FOCUS that is talked about... but maybe thats just because im very focused already... i dont know if i could be more focused honestly...
also i would have done cardio today... buy my shit-gym closed at 8pm... i think i would have done well... but we will save that review for later...
would i consider purchasing this product... very possibly
it seems to be affordable... and i only took 5 caps and i feel i recieved good effects for that ammount... as my smaller size may allow a smaller dose...
i dont think this was a placebo effect... i do this workout... or at least very similar ...weekly... and the 20reps with 225 at THE END of deadlifting was no small improvement... i pushed very hard for it... and maintained perfect form...
also i noted more explosiveness in my cleans... thats why i was disappointed to not make the heavier lifts... so i suppose you could say the amp 02 didnt make my any stronger... but thats ok... it was still a great workout....
i will update again next week when i do back again... as i have enough for 4 workout and i would like to compare the same body part workouts against eachother... rather than back vs. chest or legs...
