Another ALA question....

Just a quick question: I'm doing a SKD (i.e. no carb-ups). Seeing how I'm always eating low carbs; I'm always in ketosis (I plan on being in ketosis for 7 more weeks) what should my ALA doses be? I've been taking in about 800mg of ALA a day, however, I think this may be too much (I get pretty bad headaches every now and then, and, I fear the whole "hypoglycemia" issue). Any advice? Is this dosage too much with no carbs?

i really dont think you need ala if you are following a keto diet straight with no carb ups, ala is more for getting into ketosis with ckd diets or maybe tkd diets with the carb meals, if you are going low carbs continuously day to day you shouldnt have trouble staying in ketosis.

Perhps even try eating a few carbs and staying with where your at. The ALA will help you stay keto, and Ala has other benefical uses.
Plus after so long of not having carbs your body will begin breakdown muscle even though your burning fat for energy.
Keep the ALA, add a few carbs.
