Another 2nd cycle question...

Hey bros, would like some feedback on my second cycle plan.

week 1-6 25mg Dbol
week 2-12 250mg sustanon e4d (500mg/week)
week 15-18 Nolvadex at 40mg ed 1st week 20mg the remaining 2 weeks.

Considering the use of HCG, it´s ok to shoot HCG with sust? I dont wanna buy to many needles and wanna limit the risk of scar tissue. Would take Nolva during the cycle if gyno appears, until I get it under control.

Stats atm: 200lbs, 6,1" about 12%bf. After about 3 years of on and off training I have understood the importance of food. My diet atm is about 3600-3800 cal and 220-240g protein. I can only get cooked food with meats about 2 times a day, the rest of my intake is from oath, eggs, cottagecheese, tuna, fibersandwiches, all-bran PLUS. Eat about 10 raw eggs per day. Is my diet good enough for gaining mass? Any suggestions on foods that you can eat without cooking it and has nice protein content?

Nice simple cycle. Why are you waiting until week 2 to start the sust?

Also, it's not 1974 anymore. You don't have to eat raw eggs to get protein.
There's too much risk of getting salmonella poisoning from raw eggs.
Just switch to protein shakes.

If you looking to put on mass, try to get your daily caloric intake over 5000.
Start by increasing your current intake by about 30% per week. This will give your
body time to adjust.

I use protein shakes to, and where I live there is like 0 risk of getting salmonella when you buy eggs that come from my country (sweden) We have strict rules for the procedures in animal products. In Sweden Salmonella is most known as a disease you get when traveling :) I feel that i get to little protein from meats and similar products so therefor I eat alot of eggs.

Sounds a bity much to me. Have a hard time eating more than i do now cause of my work. Will try to get it up to atleast 4000 aday tho.

Thanks for the feedback, both on HCG and my diet plan.
 
yeah, i would run the sust from day one, it will complement the gains from the dbol. if anything i would run the test a week before the dbol (let the long esters get active in the sust).. just my 2 cents.
