Annoying ampule question again

The ampule was scored, it was cracked open using a pen top, but the break wasn't clean.

Checking for glass specs, haven't seen anything with the naked eye. What are the chances of glass getting into the liquid?

I do it all the time. I see some small specs in the bottom of the amp, but they have to be pretty small to get in the needle.

Break the fucking amp with a butter knife. It works great, trust me I do it all the time.
