Any supplements / aas / growth hormones / peptides / sarms that could help speed up recovery from an injury?

I partially tore my Achilles and I understand I am in for a long recovery.

Currently wearing a soft cast, boot like thing up to my knee that immobilizes my leg and foot. Still been able to hit the gym, have to do most things sitting or on one foot though. Can't put any pressure on my heal due to a bruised heal as well.

all would but i wouldn't suggest aas untill your recovered and can workout again... basically lots of rest and i would suggest the gh releasing peptide stacked with a joint health supplement... did i mention rest? lol

Sry I can't remember which one but SARMs have excellent accelerated healing properties. Im thinking is Ostarine but may be S4. U'd have to look it up.

Been lifting serious 5 plus years
30 years old.
Clean diet, no macros, basically eat only fruit, veggies, and lean meats.

And I'm still going to the gym everyday. Cant quite give it 100 percent, obviously can't squat or put any weight on my left foot, but I'm still getting it in pretty good. Just changing things up a bit.

hey my man... im really sorry to hear about your injury... that's a tough one... ostarine has healing properties to it and would help but on that type of injury, your going to have a long recovery either way and i question just how much of a help it will be... obviously hgh has the most healing properties to it but that's a whole different story we are talking about there bro...

Thanks brother, it sucks. I was set to begin that cycle u helped me tweak on Monday. Can't do that any longer. Hoping if I rest it 4 solid weeks I will be able to walk on it again, it's not completely torn, just a partial.

I have some osta, I wonder if it would be worth it to run it?

i feel for you bro... i think osta would be worth a shot bro... it could definitely provide some healing benefit... be very careful bro... that is a serious injury you do not want to aggravate... be smart and get better... if i can help you in any way let me know

Thanks.. Will do.

Ostarine has excellent healing properties that I've experienced first hand, but whether or not I would use it depends on the severity of the injury. Anything that is very bad should be healed and rehabilitated properly

Absolutely. Already been to the ortho, it's in a soft cast / boot up to my knee. Doc gave me ok to do upper body, and said to take it really easy on foot and leg.

I'm thinking the best thing is to give it 7-14 more days and then re-evaluate it.
