Then why didnt he alter his will?

I guess the only one who truly knows his intentions was him, but I was under the impression the she had tried to trick him into changing his will while he was drugged, treating him like shit unless he was dumping money on her, etc. Besides, whether he wanted to give her the loot or not she's still a golddigger.

Either way that broad is nuts .

Because TX law says the money goes to a surviving spouse unless excluded.

The issue is whether or not the Federal Courts have a right to step into State Probate Court Decisions. It appears the State of Texas Probate Court decided that she doesn't deserve anything. The Federal courts of the State of California did not have jurisdiction over this case. I'm glad the 9th District used common sense (the 9th district tends to be a bit too liberal in some cases) and threw out the lower court's (in CA) decision.

I think the decisions made by the probate court and 9th District will stand. She's not getting a dime.
