Animal Training Method

I don't know man, It just seems like more of the same old stuff. What do they mean "its for overall physique" Isn't that what most programs should be for?

I don't understand why people do bi's with chest. Then tri's with back or shoulders. I like tri's after chest when they are warm, Bi's after back, etc. Plus, if you work bi's with chest on monday, then you do back two or three days later...you see where i'm going.

I don't like it. He doesn't do deads. Several of his lifts are redundant. His shoulder day kinda blows....front and rear militaries, and bent over laterals?

Maybe its just not my style, but it looks like any other flawed routine to me.
