What do you guys think of the animal stack vitiman packs, are they just a clever marketing can of shit, or is all that stuff put in those little pack usefull?
I know we need to take our vitmans, aminos and stuff but is this product worth the money?

IMO, Just stick to a good MultiVitamin... A good marketer could packge a piece of dog shit up nice nice and sell it for 15 dollars; not to say that ANIMALSTACK is that, i dont know if it is or isnt, but why waste the cash when you can get a multi-v that you KNOW does the job for a lot less?

I make it a point to not buy anything with a name like "Animal", or "Beast", or anything similar---I get leery of these types of marketing tactics. Personally, I use AST's Pro-32x Multivitamin, and recommend it to anyone looking for a good multi geared towards BB's.
