i swear by them. well i like them alright anyways. i actually pulverize them and put them into capsules since i heard they dont absorb well.

do you stack animal cuts with animal packs or animal stak?

Animal M-Stak is what I take. I like the stuff.

I have also taken Animal Pak, didnt really see much from it, plus with the Stak it ended up being 19pills a day before my lift.
