Animal Pak?

This seems to be cheaper than my regular multivitamins I use... Was wondering if anyone has used it as a supplement before, and if so, did it meet your daily supplemental needs?

over priced indeed. Some peepz say its good , I personally think its not. IT all depends on you.

Actually it only comes out to like 50 cents per daily dose at the cheapest I've seen...but if it really isnt worth it, are there any other goodmultivitamin type supplements I can use on-cycle?

I take a Centrum Forte in the morning...never felt the need for more than that as far as a multivit.

Animal Pak is great (i thought), but it's overpriced when you can just take a multivitamin every day and pop a T-Rex before workouts.

compared to T-Rex and vitamins it is. they say to take 2 paks per day but i only used it for pre-workout. i bought one can, used it and liked it, but didn't buy anymore. discovered ECA and T-Rex.
