LOL YOU were asking how much it costs? Don't you have a copayment on your insurance? If I visit the Dr. I have to pay $30 or whatever to see him. That is my copayment because I have insurance. The visit might cost $150 but since I have insurance, I pay $30.

WHAT IS YOUR COPAYMENT?!!? Now you're pissing me off. lol jk

I kinda hit someone...hard and since I'm cool with the cop, he asked me to take a class in anger management before I get my self in real trouble....

Anyone has experiences with those?

I did a class when I was still back home because I always used to be angry and used to get into fights all the time...

Now being "juiced" doesnt really help, I suppose....that's why I've been off the juice for 7 months....can I take anything to calm down without effecting my workout intensity?

Because I believe the single person can achieve anything without any help from anyone else. If you have anger read about channeling it and controlling it. Plus Psychology is such a joke, these guys read some text books and classify every human into a few categories. I dont think life is that black and white.

BTW....it's illegal for your health insurance co. to reveal anything about you and any treatments that you have had to anyone. Period.

exception....your employer. they dont have free reign but there are some loopholes that allow employers access.

I'd look over the HIPAA + optional disclosures your health insurance sends usually to show what exceptions are allowed under normal circumstances.
 
I just called my medical insurance company....they pay for chiro but NOT for therapists.....fuck chiro....I need help!

someone in HR may have more insight. but from what i have seen they screen for anything that looks/smells like it could of been caused at work...i.e. workman's comp. for my shoulder injury i got this letter from my employer asking all sorts of questions about when the injury occured blah blah blah and i never mentioned it to them. only the insurance company and my doc knew.

DUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have MEDICARE, call your GP and get a ref. to a therapist.
And all private medical insurance pays a portion for a therapist. What kind of work insurance do you have?

I think most people can overcome anger if they really want too because I did and I was really bad off. It just takes work and like I said when I get bad off I'll go hit my heavy bag til I can't even pick up my arms anymore. There is still times when I get so mad that I can't control myself and thats when I'll take a xanax to calm me down.
