Andropen 275 cycle advice

Hey guys just start my second cycle yesterday. Going to be running andropen 275 for the next 12 weeks. My first cycle was 500mg cyp per week and went from 208 to 228 at around 15% bodyfat. Right now I'm sitting at 220-222ish at 12-13% body fat. The cycle was last summer and got great gains from it and kept most of the gains. I'm 27 5'11 and have been lifting since I was 16 also 5 days a week consistently since I was 21. I plan on running the andropen and pct as follows.

Andropen 275mg/ml

.6cc eod andropen
.25mg adex eod

40/40/20/20 nolva
12.5mg aromasin Ed
Hcg

I also have a friend who is supposedly getting me
Some anavar and if I do get it I will be running it the last 6 weeks of the cycle at 60mg Ed.

My diet is basically going to look like this except I will be adding in a few higher carb days. Extra carbs will come from more brown rice and oatmeal

Meal 1- 2 scoops whey isolate, 1/2 cup oats, 1 banana (all in blender mixed with water)

Meal 2- 4 eggs, 1 cup egg whites

Meal 3- 6 oz salmon, 1/2 cup egg whites, 3 oz veggies

(1.5-2 hours before training) Meal 4- 8 oz lean red meat, (ex. flank steak, ground sirloin, eye of round, London broil), 3 oz veggies

(3:30/3:45) pre wo supplement
(4:00) Xtend,
(PWO) 2 scoops whey isolate and 40grams waxy maize. Total of 50 carbs.

(1-1.5 hours after PWO shake) Meal 5- 8oz tilapia, whitefish, or chicken breast, 1/2 cup of brown rice (70g's of carbs total from cooked brown rice), 1 apple

Meal 6- 8 oz chicken, tilapia or whitefish, 1.5 oz almonds, 3 oz veggies

(Before bed) Meal 7 - 2 scoop whey or casein, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2 tlbs peanut butter

I'm looking to do a lean bulk or lean mass cycle. I really want to drop down to 10% body fat or even 9% if possible and gain some quality muscle. Let
Me know what you think of the diet and if it fits my goals. Train 5 days a week. One body part per day and will do cardio 20min hiit on training days
