How do they figure the androgenic to anabolic ratios? like when they say tren is 3 times more androgenic than test and 2 times more anabolic?

it means that it took 3 times less tren than test to acheive the same androgenic results and 2 times less to acheive the same anabolic results.

Therefore the anabolic/androgenic ratio of Trenbolone is 2:3, knowing that the anabolic/androgenic ratio of test is 1:1

There's been tests done comparing prostate growth in rats to contractile tissue growth but it's arguably how accurate or scientific it is. I believe most ratios are estimates. In other words, if it takes about 9 times more primobolin to cause the androgenic side effects of test (which a mentioned is 1:1 and considered pure androgen, which in itself is arguable) then that would make the anabolic /androgenc raio of Primbolin 9:1 Anavar is about the same. I've seen it listed as high as 13:1 Dianabol is 3:1 Anadrol 2:1 Don't remember the others off hand.

I'd be hard pressed to prove the precise accuracy of these numbers but the estimate works well in determining the approximate anabolic/androgen ratio -- which is almost a non issue in many peoples stacks anyway.

I think to produce ratios that are even close to accurate., it would require a research project that was well funded and had a serious interest in the medicinal value of findin such things out. Since there is little value or reason to do this, no one with the money to do it would do it. AAS are quite low on the priority list. That is why no new aas have been discovered or produced in so long. The only new developments in this field are androgel, testoderm, and i think andriol and teslac are fairly recent. But far more AAS have beeen taken off the market than new ones put on.
The newer HRT medications have little potential for abuse (IE use in body building).

My point, many of the questions we have are hit or miss because the medical field has determined them useless, or of little use.

Again, I have not stated what I know to be fact, but just what seems to be the case.

I seen an arguement on another website where a mod/site admin was claiming that anavar is a pure androgen and I could'nt find any studies to prove him wrong.
BTG has a website with a fact sheet but thats not realy scientific proof
