The text linked has many flaws, like DHT having more anabolic properties than test and undecanoate being a part of SUS ( the 100mg share is for Decanoate).
The fact that is absorbed to tha lymphatics means nothing but preventing a liver first pass effect, but after a little while lynphatics will lead to venous circulation and liver.
If you raise test to a supraphysiologic level to promote anabolism, you WILL SUHT DOWN HPTA, is unlikely Andriol will cause it because it just doesn´t hold high concentrations in the blood for long enough.
Been attached to a very long ester means NOTHING to oral AS, ester will be hydrolised in no time and you won´t have a time released effect because of it.
I could go on and on, but is not necessary, believe me it´s crap.

You could use it between cycles, mostly for libido/mood alterations, but don´t expect to hold your gains because of it. I prefer Proviron as it won´t interfere with HPTA recovering up to 100mg/day, or if you want to take it a little further, Ox or Dianabol 10mg in the morning, but it MAYBE delay your recovery for a while. It will be better for holding mass, though...

It's testosterone undecanoate for oral use.
I haven't used it.
I think it is "unfair" to compare it mg/mg since it's not absorped very well.
With many doses / day it "should" work as well as any other test.
Quite expensive though.

Have used it before and it is the most expensive complete and utter total waste of time and money unless you want the shits coz at over 300mg ED when I used it it just gave me the runs.
Ok - now take my advice and go get some real gear for real gains...
