It did nothing for mine except tighten up the nipple area, purely cosmetic as it goes back to normal within 2-3 days of stopping use

Ooppss.....I thought you meant Test gel.

Adractim is simply DHT(Drostanolone)..and since DHT does not aromatize wherever the gel is put it will immediately tighten up the area. Because it directly cause loacalized water loss around the puffy nips.

It will not get rid of the fibrous mass. That can only be done with surgery.

Pretty sure this is only the case for "new" gyno (NOT from puberty)...That's my understanding anyway.
