Well, coming from a medical background and having assisted many surgeons on hundreds operations including a couple of gyno cases that was some ballsy stuff. Thinking of the complications that could happen, this act is on the borderline of stupidity and psychotic. Let me just say that first off the incision was in the wrong place its supposed to be under the nipple which would be quite difficult to do yourself. Second imagine this (for those of you that think this was cool) infection which could lead to nipple necrosis then to no nipple at all, destroying all the nerves hence no more nipple feelings. Destroying blood supply which will also lead to nipple necrosis. Mind you I have seen complications like this from surgeons who are trained in plastic surgery, can't imagine what this guy is gonna experience. If he turns out with no complications he is one lucky idiot. Just my .02 cents.
