Meal of the day? Is it post workout? Breakfast? Dinner? Depends when ou train? I tend to eat a pretty good size meal at night if I'm training first thing in the a...not sure if this has any relevance, just feel as though since I dont have time to eat beforehand (430 train) I better get something in me as late as possible........
 
Usually I make the meal 1 hour after my Post workout shake the biggest. If I train in the afternoon, then its in the afternoon, if I train at night, then at night ...
 
post-workout for sure.

after training, i usually have a whey isolate shake (50g) mixed with gatorade, with some glutamine and creatine thrown in. about an hour later, i'll have some chicken and vegetables. so all in all, about 1000kcal within an hour of my workout.
