Question: It's quite cold up here so my liquid arrived with crystals floating and on the inside of the glass. Should I heat it somehow? And what would one recomend in doing so?

that's covered in their FAQ section... BUT you can simply heat up the bottle (not boil it) to dissolve the solids. This doesn't apply to Cialis or Viagra.

"I see some crystallization in the bottle, what do I do?

Heat up some water in a bowl, do not let it boil just heat it up close a boil, put the bottle in for about 3-4 mins, until boil.
Then take it out with a GLOVE (don’t burn your hand). NOT a rubber glove! use a hand protecting glove. DO NOT OPEN it as it will be hot, let it cool first, once cooled, hold a cloth over it and open the bottle and stir it. Just needs some heat. Be careful when opening the bottle, the contents will be hot after the boiling. DO NOT KEEP THE BOTTLE OPEN NEAR OPEN FLAMES FOR OBVIOUS REASONS! DO NOT RECAP WHILE HOT!
*wear gogles during your research for safety!"

Here's an even easier breakdown:

1 coffee mug 1/4 full of H20 (tap water)
Microwave for 1.5 mins on high
Remove mug with water
Place glass "vial" with top off into said mug with HOT water
Remove in about 30 seconds or until crystals are gone

Wow, that was easy.
