I just had an amazing customer service experience with ancillary Guys that I wanted to share with you. My order arrived (with all the free extras) and I was happy with the items - everything seems to work very well and as expected. But one item was missing from my order and was shipped late. I e-mailed them, and they acknowledged the e-mail a few days later. However, the item did not meet my expectations (there was incorrect information on the web site) and I wanted to return/exchange it. They do not accept returns (makes sense) but they wanted me to be a satisfied customer. So they let me keep the item, and still gave me a store credit! That shows me me that customer service is FOREMOST and UTMOST in importance with AG Guys. Use them and give them your business, and they will treat you better than almost any other online store would.
