does any one know if the anaver from the china man any good, they are 5 mg, i just wanted to know if there are strong or if it is a wast.

LAST I heard it was testing out at 4.5... I have used it before and obtained excellant results at 30-40mg daily...

OF COURSE... I would much rather use SPA/Paper products.
