Other than the obvious reason people use Var, what are some of its intended medicinal effects besides muscle growth? Does it affect tendons? Joints? what?
Is its reputation for wreaking havoc with lipids overrated? Or more dose/person specific?
I was considering going in a different direction as opposed to my planned summer run.
