Anavar will give you tremendous strength increases, but you will not gain much mass from it.

if you are looking for instant size anavar is not the answer. I grow off the stuff because it pretty much insures kick-ass workouts. Harder/heavier training + a very good diet with lots of protein will equal gains in size.
