Anyone had experience with this stuff.. I was never interested in it till my a friend said somethings about it, i researched it a bit on the net, but wanna see what u guys think of it and its main uses..?
 
one of the best for strength, won't put on a LOT of size with it, but it'll help you move big weight while you're on other gear.
 
In my opinion you don't need 75mgs. Thats overkill but some will not agree. I have gotten good results with 25mgs a day. 50mgs is a good dose.
 
I am running 40mg ed, and it has already kicked in. Nice hardness to my muscles, and increased vascularity.
 
The Var wont make you lose the weight. I can take 50-80mg ED and gain 20lbs based on my diet.

I think 75mg is a solid dose. Watch your diet, do Cardio and train hard. Only then will you reach your goals

Tweaking and perfecting your diet will do this for you. You don't need var for those results.

cardio FOR SURE!! I wasn't feeling all that great for the first two or so weeks.....was lifting so much I kind of neglected cardio. Bad move on var.....it fucks with your cholesterol. Keep up the cardio and you will feel better....

One of the best oral AAS available. Strength, hardness, lean mass.

It hardens the abdominal muscles, so even if you have a gut, it will help minimize it. For those leaner gents, you will be able to achieve that 6 or 8 pack, without any crunches. I don't know the science behind it, I'm just refering to the results I've seen from many people

when i was on var at 80mg a day my body seemed to always be warm , i sweated alot , running on the tread mills i would be soaked in sweat after 15 minutes to wear a puddle would form around the treadmill or stair stepper.
So i assume it rasied my metabolism and did help burn fat , but it was everywhere not just the midsection but that did tighten up
 
how does var affect endurance?
 
anybody that's been at this a while and learned anything will tell you ...there is no substitute for diet and cardio!!!

that being said, VAR can assist you at reducing abdominal and visceral fat.
