I've been doing some research and finaally convinced myself to do a cycle. The focus of the cycle is my legs, especially my right quad and hamstring. I recently ordered sus 250, and am debating what to stack with it. What would be best to stack with when aiming at keeping strength gains? Anavar or Winstrol. The only reason I consider Winstrol is because it has been said to minimize water retention. If I took anavar with sus 250, would it be good to take an anti-estrogen like nolvadex or am i just being too careful?
 
It's always a good idea to take an anti-e with test if you ask me. For your first cycle, the truth is all you really need is the test. What are your stats? Weight, height, bf %, etc.? I find it mildly odd that for your first cycle you've decided to focus on your RIGHT quad and ham. Sure, focus on your leg training, but you can expect gains in other areas as well obviously. How much test did you plan on using weekly?

I was planning on doing an 8 week cycle. The first week and last of the cycle i was going to use 250mg/week and the middle weeks 500mg/week. Also, I'll most likely use an anti-estrogen during the entire cycle, then do the two weeks of clomid proceeding it.

Do 3 weeks of clomid at the end first of all. Second, starting with 250mg of sust makes little sense, as does the taper at the end. Either start at 500mg a week and stay at that dose the entire way through, or pre-load the cycle by starting at 750mg for the first two weeks and then dropping it down to 500mg for the last two weeks. At 143 lbs you would be good to go with 400mg of test a week, so you could even do a shot of sust (250mg) every 4 days or something, in fact I would do that personally. Definitely get an anti-e in there for the duration and then to carry you through your clomid therapy as well, which should start 3 weeks after your last shot of sust. That any help?
 
i would like to do dbol and anavar for a short cycle. that would be kinda cool, a little stressful on the liver but thats why they made suplements for.

What kind of effect does a pre load at 750 mg/week have at the beginning of the cycle compared to a consistant dose of say 500 mg/week? Also, 4 shots a week seems like a lot from what I've read you only need it once a week. How would 4 times a week different from say 2 shots a week?

NOT 4 shots a week bro, ONE shot every FOUR days. That works out to just UNDER two shots a week (it's two shots every EIGHT days). You could just stick with two shots a week as well. Do 1cc on Monday, and 1cc on Thursday or something similar to that. Don't just do one shot a week though, break it up into two shots. The 750mg pre-load will simply allow the test to get into your system faster so that you start to feel the effetcs faster. Sust tends to take about 4-5 weeks to fully "kick in", so a pre-load should allow you to start feeling it a bit earlier than that is all . It's up to you.
 
How often would it be good for me to lift a week? I've heard many people say once a week does the trick, but I really need to get my legs as big as possible as soon as possible. I did an anavar only cycle a few months ago and was amazed that I was able to lift for my legs 3 days a week, got great results, but got somewhat burnt out twards the end. 2 times a week for back, chest, and legs sound okay?
