ok guys , can you really gain some pounds of muscle on var or is all just hype and some strenght gains. Has anybody here really gain a few pounds on the stuff?
 
Yes you can! At 40mg+, you can. You must have a diet high in protien and add 15-30 grams of creatine ED.

It works much better stacked with something. It also depends on the individuals genetics.
 
i see but look everbody now says with creatine, but look just on creatine alone i gained like 8 pounds over a few weeks , so it could just be the creatine and not the var?
 
hey huck that sounds preety good gains on the var, when did it kick in or was it a long progression and how was your protien intake, i am going to try 50 mg of anavar a day and 400 mg of eq a week.

It kicked in on the fourth day,but I was using the finest ox on the planet-BTG oxandrin.I did not use creatine at all,I kept my protein sky-high from start to finish(which was key to my results with ox).

Damn, 50mgs of BTG oxandrin a day! I'm so fuckin' jealous...
 
well thanks huck on the good info, i will try it to, but we will see how it goes couse i will be using the china man stuff at 50 mg, you think i should up the dosage?
 
Yes,I would up it to 60mgs/day,and drink some grapefruit juice 20 minutes before each tablet ingested,as this will increase absorbtion rate of the ox,through occupation of phase-I liver enzymes(which normally destroy a portion of the drug).

Big andy-That was the most expensive 6-1/2 week cycle I have ever ran($900.00)LOL...

Why is it a waste?? I weigh 240lbs.
At 240, 15g of creatine is at the upper limit of what your body can actually absorb and use. Any excess is just pissed out.
