anavar winny

anavar and winny both have a half life of 8 hours. i am taking 3 10mg anavar and 1 50mg winstrol tab a day. should i be taking one anavar every eight hours and half a winstrol tab every 8 hours as well? Does that mean i will be taking it at 7am, 3pm and 11pm?
Should i be taking it before i go to bed or is that a waste?

The body grows while resting, not necessarily sleeping. I'd take it before bed to keep levels consistent.
