Anavar, Winny & T3?

Ok,

I'm cycling Anavar @ 40mg ED and Winny @ 25mg ED now. I started March 17th and will continue it for 60 days. I'm looking to lose weight and put on muscle. I'm have a BMI of about 29 @ 6' 220lbs. I now lift 5 days a week, one muscle group at a time except for arms (bis & tris together), and follow up with 20 minutes of cardio after lifting. I eat 2100 calories a day divide into 5-6 meals with a balance of lean protein, carbs, and fat. I'm 31 years old.

Questions:

I've heard the side effects of Clen are horrible. I'm very sensitive to thermos. Is T3 really what its cracked up to be. I've educated myself extensively on how to cycle it safely and want to know if it will help lean me up. I have been doing cardio for 8 months, 5 days a week and cannot for the life of me lose fat even with a perfect diet. I have high expectations for T3 and was wondering if someone could shed some light on how much weight and how fast I can lose it considering the cycle I'm on above. Also when in the cycle should I take it? Why not through in your two cents on the pyramid schemitacs also.

Are you ONLY doing 20 min of cardio AFTER you lift? If you are doing 20-35 min of cardio in the AM on an empty tank will do wonders for your fat loss...have you tried cycling your cals? (below is based off your stats)

Im not a fan of 2 orals in the same cycle, but to each his own, your Winny dose is low, minimum dose is 50mgs ED...as far as t3, I have run it many times, i love the substance. As far how how fast you will lose wieght is unkown we all have different genetics, but my experience with it was great and i lost a great deal of body fat while on it...there are 2 ways i run t3

Days 1-3.................. 25mcg/day
Days 4-6...................50mcg/day
Days 7-9...................75mcg/day
Days 10-12................100mcg/day
Days 13-15................75mcg/day
Days 16-18................50mcg/day
Days 19-21................25mcg/day

or

Days 1-4...................25mcg/day
Days 5-8...................50 "
Days 9-12.................75 "

Don't you think ramping him to 100mcg/day is a little high if he's never done T3 before? I think great results can be achieved with a lower dose. Just my .02. I did a winny/Var cycle and it worked great for me, but I agree with swordfish here, you should raise the winny to 30-50g/day to see results. When I ran mine I pyramidid to a max of 40g e/d of each for 6 weeks. My total cycle was 12 weeks 3 ramping up 3 ramping down. Even without ramping though I would go 30-50g e/d on the winny.

Yes! I do agree that going as high at 100mcgs for his first time is too high. Like MILLENNIUM said you could top off at 50mcgs or lower for your first time and do very well.
