I am 150 lbs endurance athleter (cyclist)
I am looking for clean gains of 6-8 lbs that will stay. I can't have a lot of stuff laying around while traveling.
(w1-4 on, w5 off, w6-12on)

Week 11: 40mg Nolva/100mg Clomid Every Day
Week 12: 30mg Nolva/50mg Clomid Every Day
Week 13: 20mg Nolva/50mg Clomid Every Day
What do guys think about this and only this, I train very well and have my diet in order almost perfect, I plan on starting the cycle around 5-7% body fat after 8 weeks of long easy training, and three times a week in the gym. Over the cycle I will fase out the gym and move everything onto the bike.
