Anavar @ what dosage?

I am 6'2 210lbs. At my height and wieght would anavar be more effective at 30mgs or 40mgs a day? Whats the word on British Dragon (10mg) anavar?

honestly, i would use 50mg ED. but go at 40mg if you want

i've heard before that a good rule of thumb is atleast .125 mg per pound of body weight but a little more than that is usually recommended by most "gurus" on this board. i'd go w/40 mg per day if i were you.

Are you planning on just using it alone? And for what goal specifically?

30mg ED would be enough since you're using other products. But 40mg wouldnt kill you....
