Anavar/volos winstrol

hey guys
ive been working out for about 2 year. i would like to take my body to the next level and i was thinking of maybe trying Anavar. my buddy suggested volos/winstrol cycle for 8 weeks. to gain a little more but most importantly lose body fat and tone up. I was just wondering if anyone has tryed this cycle and how it went?

ur buddy sounds pretty sketchy bro. winny cycle plus some random stuff called volos. maybe u miss-stated what the volos was but all in all it sounds like u should buy some protein powder and work ur butt off another year or two.

my mistake, volos is a brand name for D-balls i guess. im pretty new to all this. so i was thinking of giving anavar a try and maybe add winstral after a few weeks. Is there a proper cycle for the combination for these 2. My main goal is to shred fat and tone muscle

What's you diet/training/supps routine? Sounds like you need more research....

Train a couple more years and get that down to a science. And do more research. How about diet?

So what's you're training and diet like - be SPECIFIC. So many people are like:

I eat. I train. How's that?

Calories, meal plans, macros?
How many days training? How do you train? Sets/reps? cardio? When?

How about BF%?
