Anavar virgin GTFIH

Boomie

New member
Hello all

I am new here first post. I am very active on BB.com and have been doing the natty thing for years. Since everything is so don't ask over there I have been lurking here for several days. I love how everything is so out in the open. Anyway I will continue my activity here as well.

This would be my first cycle on anything besides creatine/ glutamine. I really want that hard look that seems to be only acheivable with the extras think andreia brazier eva andressa. I have a decent amount of mass, but still would like more in glutes and legs. I train six days a week. 1400-1500 cals cutting atm at least 140g protein carbs under 100g carbs at least 50g of fat. I always get so discouraged the amount of muscle lost after bulking during cut cycles.I also long for those deep cut abs that are never there despite how many bulk/cut cycles are . ran. Current lifts look like 150x1 bench 225 for reps squat 205 for reps deadlift.

Anyhow down to the nitty gritty. I'm well into my cut and only have about six weeks left to get to 135 ish currently 145 at 5'4". Avi pic is current 2 weeks ago. I am considering running anavar for the remainder of my cut and okay with extending it out to 8 weeks. Then maintain for 4 weeks or so bulk 5-6 mos then cut again. Do you think it would be beneficial to bring it to the table now, or just wait until next cut season to use it? If wait what would you ladies recommend for the bulking season, I have seen that anavar is usually only used for cutting. Thanks gals, let me know if you need any additional info, I really appreciate your time and input.

Help Please?

Hm I wonder what it is. I felt like I was pretty up front and honest about genuinely needing help and where I'm at. Guess I'll delete the post in the moning if no one has responded. Was origially turned on to this site by how infomative and open everyone was here reading all the other ladies posts and responses. Didn't think mine would be any different. Thanks for reading if anyone did...

Maybe this will help you all see that I am serious with diet and training and have been for a long time...

I normally look here but don't comment as I'm a guy but don't get discouraged that easily. Keep bumping it here but move this to the anabolic section and ask for help. The women's forum isn't as active and the female forum. This is a great place but you've got to be patient. If there's anything else I can help you with message me and I'll try to point you in the right direction.

Probably just because it's a long weekend!

This is just my opinion so take it for what it's worth as I know not everyone will agree with me. Var is often used for cutting but it's a common misconception among women that it's a "fat burner" and should only be used for cutting. In reality, var is a male hormone and it's primary role would be to preserve muscle on a low cal diet (ie: the experienced competitor cutting for a show) or for building muscle/ aiding with recovery. Some of the more experienced women would only use var on a cut but I would argue they use much more advanced levels and types of AAS and have a far higher tolerance to sides, then a first time user.

If you want to see the best results, I'd use it when you're bulking. You will see greater gains during your bulk cycle. It'd be a short cycle so you can see how you respond and decide from there but it will give you more of what you're looking for. I'd keep the diet clean and keep it within a few hundred above maintenance, maybe even cycling calories up from the cut to start. I think you will be surprised at the results and you can cut slower and longer, if you need to. Even just maintain, rather then the bb.com's traditional long bulks and cuts.

Hope that helps a bit. Welcome aboard! :)

Thanks, I just felt like my post didn't have merit enough to get a response when I was super srs and know what I'm doing nutrition and training wise. I'm used to the quick responses on other forum sites, guess this one runs a little slower. If you don't get a response in like 8 hours it's usually dead. My bad.

Thanks. I know it's not a fat burner but preserves what muscle you have built while cutting. Making it beneficial for a cut so you don't lose (even partially) what you spent all that time building. Short cycle 6-8 weeks? I have seen some women comment on not using var for bulking becasue there are better options for a bulk cycle than var. As to what those are I am curious which was part of my original post. I do like the idea of running it first since it is milder and have no experience with AAS first hand. So maybe do a 6-8 week cycle during bulking season and run it again for my cut?
