Guys,
So I have done a lot of research and I'm planning to do this cycle in 2 months. My stats are:
Male
27 Years old
5' 7" (small boned)
165 lbs
13% BF (going to wait till i reach 10% before starting)
Weight training for 6 years, also run 5Ks for fun, take part in cross fit obstacle type competitions and finish in very competitive times.
Diet is on par. I experiment a lot with it to see how my body responds. I can maintain my weight with 3 workouts per week @ ~2000 Calories. Typically i try to get these macros daily
- 150g to 200g of protein
- 200g to 250g Carbs
- 50g to 100g Fats
This is my first cycle and I want to do it right. My goal at the end is the be ~180lbs and below 10% BF.
Cycle info below:
Wk 1-12 Testosterone Enanthate = 250mg twice/wk e3.5d
Wk 5-12 Anavar 50mg ED (one pill a day or I may try to split my caps in half and take twice daily)
Wk 1-12 Aromasin 12.5mg ED MIN- monitor and adjust accordingly.
Wk 1-14.5 hCG = 250iu twice/wk - day before test injection
PCT
Starting wk 15 to wk 19
Clomid 75/50/50/50
Nolva 40/20/20/20
My questions concerning this cycle are:
1. Should I run the Anavar? I hate feeling or being bloated and fat. I really want to look lean and cut at the end of this cycle. From everything I've read, anavar is one the best steroids suited for this.
2. ~7 Weeks of Anavar @ 50mg a day along with 500mg Test E per week.......is that overkill for a first cycle?
3. I see a lot of other guys using the Var from Weeks 1 to 7, some doing it even from Wk 10 to 15 (keep in mind that's running var 3 weeks after stopping Test E injections). What's the best and safest option here?
4. Should I take Liver supplements when taking Var? I have Liv52, how much should I take?
5. If i stop the anavar Week 12, when should I start PCT?
