anavar stacked questions

i am thinking of running a cutting cycle. I was going to do an anavar only. 50mg/ed for 10 weeks. do i need to run a pct with this? I have never used var. i have only used sust, tbol, and hgh.
1st cycle--12 wk.sust only 500mg/ e5d, .5mg adex ed, w clomid pct

2nd cycle---12 wk sust 500mg/e5d, 1-4wk 40 mg tbol ed,adex during and clomid pct

3rd cycle---25wk hgh 4iu de 2morn/2afternoon. , 12wk sust500 e5d, 1-4 50mgtbol ed, adex during, clomid pct..

I have been off gear for a while now,, almost a year. Need a little bulk w a lot of cut...

please advise.
